The Government of India launched the 'Scheme for financial assistance to select states for skill development in ESDM sector in November 2013. The scheme is aimed at enhancing the skilling capacities in ESDM Sector through public and private sector for students/ unemployed youth belonging to other disciplines. This scheme facilitates skill development in ESDM sector focusing on students/unemployed youth at 9-10th standard onwards, ITI, Diploma, Non-engineering graduates, etc. to increase their employability to work in ‘Manufacturing’ and ‘Service support’ functions.

Accede Trading has been running this scheme since 2016 and have successfully trained 890 candidates in different courses of ESDM in Delhi, Bihar, Uttarakhand& Haryana. Accede is in under process to open more center also in South India as well as in North East States in India.
